Before you read this post please take a time to read this article bellow first if you haven’t done so yet, because it’s crucial to understand this issue in depth at the very beginning.
As you’ve read I’m done with the mainstream media, because if you are a news consumer, you are contributing to the continuation of the war indirectly, just by consuming the products of interest groups lobbying for war. I knew this, but what I was forced to see at the departure hall of New Delhi Indira Gandhi International airport, waiting for the flight to Tashkent, was too much for me. It happened after two months of perfect winter peace and isolation from the rest of the world in the Zanskar valley, in one of the last Buddhist paradises, Ladakh. At first I thought I was seeing an action movie on the big screen in the hall, in many ways, the signal resembled the clash between Superman and Batman.
In many ways the war is similarly amusing and banal for the news consumer masses far away from the blood and tears of sufferers. The whole show was designed to be as spectacular as possible. I can say a highly professional work, with atmosphere and unspoken but felt slogan of G.I.Joe which were burned into an entire generation of children, the war is awesome. With appearing the central figures of the current war in focus like heroes and villains, Putin, Biden, and Zelensky.
It can’t be a coincidence that exactly half a year after Kabul fell to Taliban, the war in Ukraine broke out. They ended one war in a hurry, not even allowing time for an orderly withdrawal, only to start another. This happened because the advertisers could no longer squeeze anything out of Afghanistan. No one cared the conflict of this remote country any more, really. Another one was needed, this time not in the third world, and not against an invisible enemy. Nuclear powers never clash directly because there would be no winner. What happens instead is that one invades a small country whose resistance is supported by the other. This happened in Korea, Vietnam, and Afghanistan, and now its Ukraine’s turn. This is called proxy war. Nothing any new of this. However, it is shocking that this is now happening in Europe.
But if the war actually had only political reasons, it would have ended a long time ago, or it would never have broken out at all. And for this reason I despise the mainstream media now more than ever, and more than political decision makers.
First of all, Russia never survived the non classical war with the West, but it was never defeated in classical wars. Russia was collapsed two times in the last century. The first resulted the end of the Russian Empire at 1917, and the second was the collapse of USSR at 1991. The West contributed in no small measure to these collapses. And the West can destroy the Russian Federation with no time, if it would be an interest. If we would withdraw the energy sector the whole Russian economy does not exceed Netherlands’. And for this reason the USSR was never real superpower.
They wouldn’t have been able to get close to Berlin without Western help at the WWII. The West made Soviet-Russia superpower. Even the conception of nuclear bomb was stolen from the West. They only achieved supremacy for a short time in space exploration, but only because of the abduction of Nazi scientists. And the West ended the bipolar world order with virtually no bloodshed, simply by lowering the world market prices of energy and increasing the arms race, what the USSR could no longer afford. Even the Bolsheviks were helped to power by the West, because they wanted to end the Tsarist empire. They would never have a slimmest chance to come close to power without German gold mark support and loans from some English and French banking houses. Even the USSR had been created by the West.
Only the immeasurable energy hunger of the West strengthened Russia and the Putin regime. And the energy prices increase all around the world market, because of the war and Western sanctions on Russia, which strengthens Russia more than ever, while the West supports Ukraine with money and weapons. So the West supports Russia while fights against Russia at the same time. I don’t see the logic behind this without one explanation. There are serious economic interests behind the continuation of the war. And as long as this interest prevails, this war will not end. The war inflation, weapon trafficing, and advetising make the One Percent richer and richer with every single day.
This is not to say that Russia is not guilty of the war, it is very much so. After all, they launched a war on a ‘sovereign’ state, but I rather consider Ukraine a banana republic than a sovereign state. But anyways, this does not change the fact that the West is pouring Ukrainian blood into the war, even though it knows very well that with complete Russian air superiority, the Ukrainians have no chance of even a successful counterattack, let alone winning the war. The West misled the Ukrainian people, who sacrificed everything to become part of the West, even their own existence. But in return, they received nothing from the West, only empty promises, and weapons with which the Ukrainians can fight the West’s war on their own land. And the longer the war lasts, the less will remain from Ukraine.
When thousands of hectares of farmland fell into American, Saudi, and Dutch hands, the Ukrainians became beggars in their own country, who were taken to the battlefield to die. People who would be indispensable in the reconstruction of the country, after war. No one should believe that America is helping the Ukrainian people in this war. They protect their own interests, more specifically, the interests of certain interest groups. Today, any sane person can see that there is no chance that Ukraine will ever be able to restore its territorial unity. So why does the bloodshed continue? For what?
It would be time to finally let go of Ukraine’s hand and say that we are sorry for what is happening to you, but we are not willing to sink with you. Now that the euphoria that characterizes the beginning of every war is slowly giving way to apathy.
The manipulation always focuses on a main villain, a new Hitler, whose defeat will make the world a better place, suggesting that victory is near. To keep the masses consuming news, they have to see the light at the end of the tunnel. But it’s a mirage. As long as they consume news the war continues. Saddam was the main villain twenty years ago, Assad ten years ago, and now Putin is. But it’s a decoy, because if we let this happen once there will be always new enemy, new villain, new trouble maker, new Hitler, new Saddam, new excuse for making war. What is the result? Exactly twenty years ago today, the war in Iraq broke out with no consequences. No any international sanction on USA. Syria has been in a civil war for twelve years. No arrest warrant has been issued on any US president for war crimes. One of them was nominated and awarded for Nobel peace prize either. And the war will never end. The war in Ukraine has been going on for more than a year, and Ukraine will never be a country again, it will exist only on maps. And the war will never end. The invasion of Iraq two decades ago still did have one consequence, which is Ukraine. From now on, the illegitimate invasion, occupation and destruction of any country by great powers is no longer taboo, but a precedent. And there is only one reason for this, because they are weak.
This could have never happened without the advocation and interest of mainstream media, and advertisers. Without their persuasive power to shape public opinion and their lobbying power, this could never have happened. Because no war can be launched with no support of the public opinion. And no support of public opinion can be imagined without participation of mainstream media. No matter what politicians want, they need public support, thus they need media. And media needs them to get rich. But similarly the media needs you as news consumer for getting this done. They are the main culprits and war criminals, but it can’t go without you.
This is the final warning, please stop consuming news. Stop making richer this blood sucker psychopaths. Even the outbreak of World War III would not be too huge a price for them to sell their rubbish, which, by the way, the world has not been this close to since the Cuban Missile Crisis. And if you do this, you have done every possible thing from your part to stop this never ending madness.
